  2. 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1 zucchini, cut into ribbons
  4. 1/2 carrot, cut into long matchsticks
  5. 2/3 cup sliced cooked skinless chicken
  6. 2/3 cup red cabbage, shredded
  7. 1/3 cup snow pea sprouts, trimmed
  8. 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  9. 2 teaspoons lime juice
  10. 2 tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce
  11. 1 tablespoon honey
  12. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  13. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  1. Cook noodles following packet directions. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Drain. Transfer to a bowl. Add green onion. Toss to combine.
  2. Meanwhile, make Sesame Dressing: Place vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, oil and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Stir until honey dissolves. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide dressing between two 2-cup-capacity glass jars (see notes). Layer zucchini, noodle mixture, carrot, chicken and cabbage into jars. Top with sprouts. Secure lids. Refrigerate until required.
  4. To serve, turn jars upside-down and allow the dressing to drain through the salad (see notes). Serve.
