  2. 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  3. 3 teaspoons dried oregano
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1 red capsicum, seeded, coarsely chopped
  6. 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved lengthways, thinly sliced
  7. 200g Perino tomatoes, halved
  8. 1 red onion, thinly sliced

  10. 100g reduced-fat fetta, crumbled
