  8. Extra honey, to serve

  1. Cut bananas, kiwifruit, rockmelon, into 8 pieces each. Wash and hull strawberries. Thread the banana, kiwifruit, melon and strawberries onto bamboo skewers. Heat 1 tablespoon honey in a microwave-safe bowl in microwave on high/800watts/100% for 10 seconds or until runny. Brush skewers with honey. Roll coconut to coat. Serve with thick fruit yoghurt drizzled with extra honey.
