  1. 120g Creative Gourmet Frozen Raspberries, thawed
  2. 150g Creative Gourmet Frozen Blueberries, thawed
  3. 1 small orange, rind finely grated, juiced
  4. 4 amaretti biscuits (almond macaroons)
  5. 2 x 150g tubs light French vanilla Fraiche
  6. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  1. Combine berries, orange rind and 2 tablespoons orange juice in a bowl.
  2. Spoon into four 3/4-cup capacity, heatproof ramekins. Roughly crush biscuits and sprinkle over fruit. Spoon over Fraiche. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons brown sugar over each dessert.
  3. Preheat a grill on medium-high heat. Grill desserts for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar has melted. Serve.
