All you have to do is throw all your ingredients of Galaxy Chocolate Cake

  1. 250g packet choc ripple biscuits
  2. 250g butter, melted
  3. 1 cup brown sugar
  4. 2/3 cup plain flour
  5. 1/3 cup self-raising flour
  6. 1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  7. 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  8. 1/4 cup milk
  9. 1 egg, lightly beaten
  10. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  11. Darrell Lea Orange bbu2019s balls, to decorate
  12. Darrell Lea mint bbu2019s balls, to decorate
  13. M&Mu2019s, to decorate
  14. M&Mu2019s minis, to decorate
  15. Assorted sprinkles, to decorate
  16. Red writing icing
  17. Yellow writing icing
  18. 1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  19. 2 1/2 cups icing sugar mixture
  20. 10g butter, softened
  21. 2 1/2 tablespoons boiling water
  22. Blue gel food colouring

The instruction how to make Galaxy Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges of pan.
  2. Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until fine crumbs. Add half the melted butter. Process until combined. Press mixture over base of prepared pan. Set aside.
  3. Combine sugar, flours, cocoa and coconut in a bowl. Add milk, egg, vanilla and remaining melted butter. Mix well. Spread mixture over prepared base. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is just firm. Cool completely.
  4. Make Icing Combine cocoa and 2 cups icing sugar in a bowl. Add butter and 2 tablespoons boiling water. Stir until mixture is smooth and combined, adding a little extra boiling water if needed. Spread over top of slice. Place remaining icing sugar in a small bowl. Add enough remaining boiling water to form a smooth drizzling consistency. Tint dark blue with food colouring. Drizzle top of slice with blue icing.
  5. Decorate top of slice with assorted lollies and sprinkles including bbu2019s balls. Using picture as a guide, pipe writing icing onto bbu2019s balls to resemble planets. Set aside for 2 hours to set. Cut into squares. Serve.
