All you have to do is throw all your ingredients of Aioli Sauce

  1. 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  2. 2 egg yolks
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  5. 1/2 lemon, juice only
  6. 1 pinch cayenne pepper

The instruction how to make Aioli Sauce

  1. Crush the garlic extremely well, then add the egg yolk and salt. Whisk together until well combined.
  2. Add olive oil, very slowly, in a thin stream, while whisking/beating (see Notes *). As the emulsion forms, oil can be added faster.
  3. Add the lemon juice and seasonings.
