All you have to do is throw all your ingredients of Aioli Sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
The instruction how to make Aioli Sauce
- Crush the garlic extremely well, then add the egg yolk and salt. Whisk together until well combined.
- Add olive oil, very slowly, in a thin stream, while whisking/beating (see Notes *). As the emulsion forms, oil can be added faster.
- Add the lemon juice and seasonings.
