  3. 4 garlic cloves, crushed

  5. 100g snow peas, trimmed, sliced lengthways
  6. 100g green beans, trimmed
  7. 400g can four-bean mix, drained, rinsed
  8. 60g Coles Brand Australian Baby Spinach
  9. 250g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  10. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  11. Flat-leaf parsley leaves, to serve
