  2. 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  3. 500g pork fillet, thinly sliced
  4. 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  5. 1 red capsicum, sliced
  6. 1 carrot, sliced diagonally
  7. 100g button mushrooms, halved
  8. 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, cut into 4cm lengths
  9. 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  10. 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  11. 2 small garlic cloves, crushed

  1. Pu200blace noodles in large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 2 minutes. Separate noodles with a fork. Drain.
