  1. 30g butter
  2. 2 medium red onions, thinly sliced
  3. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  4. 1 tablespoon plain flour
  5. 1 cup Massel beef stock

The instruction how to make Onion Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until onion starts to caramelise.
  2. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes. Gradually add stock. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Season with pepper.
