  1. 1 1/2 cups Massel vegetable liquid stock
  2. 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  3. 1 cup polenta
  4. 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  5. 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts, chopped
  6. 1/2 cup shredded fresh basil leaves
  7. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano leaves
  8. 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  9. 1/2 cup light thickened cream

The instruction how to make Pesto Polenta

  1. Place stock, garlic and 2 cups cold water in a saucepan over high heat. Cover. Bring to the boil. Add polenta. Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 to 7 minutes or until polenta is thick.
  2. Add cheese, pine nuts, basil, oregano, chives and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
