  2. 200g olive sourdough bread, thinly sliced
  3. 100g soft blue cheese
  4. 20g (1/4 cup) finely grated parmesan
  5. 3 baby cos lettuces, cut into wedges
  6. 1 small bunch watercress, sprigs picked, rinsed
  7. 200g red seedless grapes, halved
  8. 2 tablespoons buttermilk

  1. Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chorizo and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until crisp. Transfer to paper towel to drain.
