  1. 1 cup (260g) Tamar Valley Dairy Greek Yoghurt
  2. 1 tablespoon lime zest
  3. 2 teaspoons lime juice
  4. 1 avocado, mashed
  5. 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  7. Sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste
  8. 2 carrots, cut into sticks
  9. 1 red capsicum, cut into sticks
  10. 1 zucchini, cut into sticks
  11. 100g broccoli, cut into florets

  1. Place yoghurt, lime zest, lime juice, avocado, sweet chilli sauce and coriander into a medium-sized bowl. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place carrots, capsicum, zucchini and broccoli into a heat-proof bowl. Pour over boiling water and leave for 30 seconds. Drain and plunge into cold water. Drain well.
