  2. 1 210g container bocconcini cheese
  3. 32 fresh basil leaves
  4. Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  6. 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

The instruction how to make Tomato & Bocconicini Salad

  1. Cut each tomato crossways into 6 even slices. Cut each bocconcini into 5 even slices. Place the tomatoes, bocconcini and basil alternately on individual serving plates, slightly overlapping each other in a circular pattern.
  2. Top with remaining bocconcini slices. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
