  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  4. 2 rashers middle bacon, rind removed, thinly sliced crossways
  5. 4 (about 520g pkt) smoked chicken drumsticks
  6. 12 cos lettuce leaves, washed, dried
  7. 4 drained anchovy fillets, chopped

  1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions until al dente. Rinse under cold water. Drain. Place in a large bowl.
